2 parts Brandy (or whisky if you’re not from Wisconsin)

2/3 parts dry vermouth

1/3 part Drewry Farms maple syrup

Stir in ice shaker and serve straight-up into chilled martini glass.

Add a couple shakes of bitters and garnish with a cherry

Mull together in the bottom of a glass:

1 ½ wedge of orange

1 Luxardo cherry

1 tsp. cherry juice

Bitters

2 Tbsp. Drewry Farms maple syrup

Fill glass about ¾ full with ice cubes & Maker’s Mark Bourbon

Mix thoroughly

Add some more ice, fill with some water, stir again

Mix together & pour into perculator coffee pot:

1 Gallon Apple cider

1 C. Drewry Farms maple syrup

Put into basket to percolate through:

3-4 sticks of cinnamon

2 T. whole cloves

Pour into mugs & serve hot
